De facto Commander-in-Chief Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., under the authority of the Trading with the Enemy Act, issues Executive Order 6102, prohibiting the “hoarding” (possession) of gold bullion and Coin (lawful Money) and gold certificates (Bills of Credit).
NOTES:
- This action removed the nation from the “gold standard” that allowed United states subject/enemy/citizens to redeem their Bills of Credit (legal tender) for Gold coins (lawful Money), and placed it on the “gold bullion standard,” in which the coinage and ownership of Gold by individuals is illegal, but large international transactions using gold bars are conducted with foreign governments and central banks.
- This relieved the unlawful consortium of privately owned Federal Reserve System of (central) Banks of their lawful responsibility to WE THE PEOPLE to redeem their banknotes (Bills of Credit) for gold Coin (lawful ,oney), thus making inflation of the money supply much easier.
- Until this event, the Federal government could not exercise over the control of the nation’s currency, because WE THE PEOPLE could have always repudiated the fiat paper (Bills of Credit) for gold. Now such repudiation has become impossible.
- As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
