The Wickersham “Commission” (Omission) reports to Republican (fascist/socialist) Hoover that “criminal law enforcement of the country is entirely inadequate; that Prohibition, automobile theft, white slave trafficking [i.e. prostitution—none of which are listed in the Constitution for the united States] have overburdened the nation’s law enforcement resources.
