The department of justice drops charges against 30 “speakeasy” owners, who have illegally sold intoxicating beverages to their clientele, citing the fact that it has become almost impossible to find a jury that is willing to convict.  This is Jury Nullification (The act of a fully informed Jury, empowered through self-knowledge, to judge the decrees and the evidence in question).
