The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Nixon v. Herndon, declaring—via the fraudulent 14th amendment—the “all-white” Democratic (socialist/fascist) primary as being unlawful. In rendering this decision the court totally ignores the equal protection provisions in the texas constitution of 1876.
