       An unlawfully elected senate (within the provisions of the fraudulent 17th amendment) receives from the house of representatives, and passes onto the states, house joint resolution 184, proposing a 20th amendment to the Constitution for the united States that will give CONgress the “power to limit, regulate, and prohibit the labor of persons under eighteen years of age.”
