The legislature of new york repeals its prohibition enforcement act against the wishes of Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President Harding (a resident of the Federal enclave of Ohio). From now on the Federal government will not be able to count on the assistance of new york police in the enforcement of the Volstead National Prohibition Act.
