Republican (fascist/socialist) governor Gary R. Herbert, of utah, signs House Bill 384, relieving the state government of having to reimburse residents for their legal expenses after they have won civil forfeiture suits. HB 384 also relieves the government of ever having to return seized property after those suits are won.
