While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the second district court of appeals, of the Federal enclave of Ohio, hands down state v. Lam, extending the doctrine of “hot pursuit” (into one’s residence without a warrant) from misdemeanors (a year or less in county jail) to infractions (payment of a civil fine).

       Democratic (socialist/fascist) state representative Joseph A. Salazar, of colorado, during floor debate on gun control says that women who are afraid of rape are not to be trusted with sidearms:

       [Y]ou just don’t know who you’re gonna be shooting at.  And you don’t know if you feel like you’re gonna be raped, or if you feel like someone’s been following you around or if you feel like you’re in trouble when you may actually not be, that you pop out that gun and you pop … pop around at somebody.”
