House, personal advisor to Democratic (socialist/proto-fascist) President Wilson, reaches an agreement with Edward Grey, Foreign Minister of the United Kingdom, that if the Empire of Germany rejects peace negotiations offered by the UK and the Republic of France, the the U.s. would enter the Great War (World War I) on the side of the allies.
