The Supreme Court, of the corporate United states, decides Guinn v. United states, declaring—via the fraudulent 14th amendment—the “Grandfather Clause” (disqualifying one to vote unless an ancestor in 1860 was eligible to vote (i.e. European heritage only)) to be unlawful.

       NOTE: If subject-citizens of African heritage were not happy with the way they are treated in texas, they were free to move to a less oppressive state.  And many during this time began to do so.
