Sheriff Denny Peyman, of Jackson County, kentucky, at a town hall meeting tells his constituents: “I consider this a moral obligation. … My office will not comply with any federal actions which violate the [u]nited States Constitution or the [k]entucky [c]onstitution which I swore to uphold.”

       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” three off-duty statute enforcement officers, working as security guards at the Westview Promenade Regal Theaters, in Frederick, maryland physically subdue and arrest Robert Ethan Saylor, a 24-year-old man with Down Syndrome.  Saylor’s larynx is crushed and he dies as a result.

       Postscript: The Frederick County Coroner ruled the death a homicide, but the district attorney refused to file charges.
