Adnan Farhan Abdul Latif (a.k.a. Allal Ab Aljallil Abd al Rahman), a ten-year internee of the prison at Guantanamo Naval Base, Cuba, commits suicide over his continued incarceration.  Latif had been cleared for release in 2004, 2007, 2009 and 2010 because lack of evidence that he had ever been involved in terrorism, but was never released.
