While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the Department of Justice announces that it is terminating its criminal investigation against Goldman Sachs commercial bank for its role in causing the world’s Greatest Depression.

       District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance, Jr., of New York County, new york charges Sergey Aleynikov, a former computer programmer for Goldman Sachs investment bank, with Illegal “use and duplication of secret scientific material.”  Aleynikov had already been tried and found not guilty by the Federal court for the southern district of new york.

       NOTE: This is Double Jeopardy, which is prohibited by the new york constitution of 1895, article I, section six.
