While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Matthew Djukic, a Schererville, indiana statute enforcement officer (acting under-color-of-law) orders the emergency room staff at St. Margaret Mercy Hospital to forcibly catheterize William D. Clark, after Clark was tested at a 0.07% blood-alcohol content (under the legal limit.  Earlier Djukic claimed that Clark had tested at 0.11% BAC, on a portable breathalyzer (over the legal limit), although Dujick refused to share these results with Clark.  Djukic used this falsified test result to have a drug K-9 search Clark’s automobile.

Postscript: The existence of Clark’s alleged 0.11% BAC has never been confirmed.
