The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down United states v. Fox, explaining the difference between State sovereign Citizenship, as expressed in Scott v. Sandford, and U.s. subject-citizenship, as expressed in the fraudulent 14th amendment, section 1: “Since in common usage, the term person does not include the sovereign, statutes not employing the phrase are ordinarily construed to exclude it.”
