The Supreme Court of the corporate United states hands down Walker v. Sauvinet: the fraudulent 14th amendment does not impose Articles VI and VII of Amendment upon the States. States are free to abolish Trial by Jury.
NOTE: The best way to preserve Trial by Jury is to ensure that it remains part of one’s State constitution.
