King: statute enforcement officers do not need a search warrant to break into the wrong domicile and arrest occupants totally unrelated to their original pursuit.

       The Federal court for the eastern district, of the republic of california, hands down Richards v. Prieto: judge Morrison C. England, Jr., declares that there is no right, under Article II of Amendment, to carry concealed sidearms.  Rather, one must convince a county sheriff of a well-founded fear of a personal threat.
