While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the Federal court for the northern district of california hands down Hollingsworth v. Perry: judge Vaughn R. Walker declares—via the fraudulent 14th amendment—that california’s Proposition Eight, which bans same-sex marriage, to be unlawful. 

       NOTE: This decision further entangled government into the private, religious institution of marriage.
