Fallout from 9-1-1 (9/11/2001): In the border cities of El Paso, texas and Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Jesus Mesa, Jr., a United states Border Patrol agent (acting under-color-of-law), on the U.S. side, fatally shoots 15-year-old Sergio Adrian Hernandez Guereca, on the Mexican side, for throwing rocks.

       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Republican (fascist/socialist) governor Mark Sanford, of the independent republic of south carolina, signs the Subversive Activities Registration Act, requiring “every person who advocates … overthrowing the government of the United states … [to] register with the Secretary of State.”  The act also requires payment of a five “dollar” registration fee.
