While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” 55 commercial banks across the nation fail to make their quarterly dividend payments to the department of the treasury, under terms of the loans they received through the Troubled (worth less) Asset Relief Program.  This is a two-thirds increase from the 33 banks that failed to make their quarterly dividend payments three months previous.
