Arthur L. Caplan, the Sidney D. Caplan Professor of Bioethics at the University of Pennsylvania (sic), releases “Trafficking In Organs, Tissues and Cells And Trafficking In Persons For The Purpose of The Removal of Organs,” to the United Nations and the Council of Europe, urging an international convention banning the sale human organs.

Question: Was Caplan consistent in his call for altruism by donating his time to the UfP, or did he receive a salary in compensation for his services?
