While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Lisa Snyder, a Middleville, michigan stay-at-home mother, receives a letter from the state Department of Human Services admonishing her to get a day care license, or face a 1,000 “dollar” fine and 90 days in jail, for running an illegal daycare center.  Snyder’s crime is watching the neighborhood children for 20 to 30 minutes each morning, while they wait for the school bus.
