While the United states Armed Forces are in Vietnam, “united in its determination to take all necessary measures in support of freedom,” the supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Roe v. Wade, declaring—via the fraudulent 14th amendment—a pre-born child is not a person; the ability of a woman to murder her child is a matter of the Right to Privacy and “reproductive health.”  The Opinion of the Court dictates at what times during pregnancy abortion is appropriate:

First trimester – the decision is left up to the woman’s physician,

Second trimester – the state may regulate the manner of abortion in the interest of the woman,

Third trimester – the state may prohibit abortion, except to preserve the life of the mother.

       NOTES:

  • This was “legislating from the bench,” which is a violation of the Doctrine of Separation of Powers.
  • This decision involved the issue of abortion on demand. At this time the court had a 6:3 majority of justices, who had been appointed by Republican (fascist/socialist) presidents.  If Democrat (socialist/fascist) appointed pro-life associate justice Byron White is included, the “pro-choice for the unborn” coalition increases to 7:2.  This should serve as notice to opponents of abortion-on-demand that the Republican Party has no intention of honoring its pro-life pledge.
  • Although Warren E. Burger, chief justice of the United states, was personally opposed to abortion, he switched his vote supporting it in order to prevent William O. Douglas, the senior associate justice, from writing a precedent setting opinion
  • Commenting on the decision Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President Nixon, Esq., confides to Charles Colson, Special Counsel, “There are times when abortions are necessary—I know that. … Suppose you have a white and a black, or a rape.”
  • As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Nixon was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
