While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the Federal court for the southern district of new york hands down Fox News Network v. Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System: judge Alvin K. Hellerstein denies that a Federal agency (the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System) can be compelled to produce the records of a private bank (the Federal Reserve (central) Bank of New York).  Federal agencies are responsible to comply with Freedom of Information Act requests; private parties are not.  The Board of Governors has a FOIA liaison office in its building, in the District of Columbia, the privately owned regional FRBs do not.

Suffolk County, new york statute enforcement officers (acting under-color-of-law) arrest Nancy Genovese, outside an Air National Guard (U.s. Soldiers) for snapping a photograph of a tourist attraction for her “Support Our Troops” web site.

Question: After the incident, did Genovese still think the troops were defending her freedoms?
