DEPENDENCE DAY: While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Jefferson County, illinois statute enforcement officers David Bowers and Lonnie Lawler  repeatedly shoot three children with electric stun guns, to the point that they wet and soil themselves, and threaten a fourth child with sodomy for “disorderly behavior.”  The SEOs had been called to the Southern Thirty Adolescent Center to help get two pre-adolescent children under control.  When 17-year-old Megan Geisler attempted to stop this excessive use of force, Bowers throws her against a wall, chokes her and asks, “Do you want to live or die b____?”  He then throws her into a closet.

Postscript: The Jefferson County statute enforcement Office released a public statement that the SEOs “acted appropriately.”

Crivitz, wisconsin statute enforcement officers (acting under-color-of-law) confiscate the U.s. flag that Vito Congine Jr. had been flying upside in front of his planned Italian supper club.  The SEOs did not want the symbol of Congines distress that he had spent 200,000 “dollars” to open his restaurant, for which the Village Council had denied him a liquor license, to be seen during the annual parade.  Congine, a veteran of the Iraqi-American War, is now facing bankruptcy as a result of the council’s decision.

Question: By fighting in pro-Iranian Iraq, did Congine somehow think that he was preserving his unalienable right to earn a living?
