Phil Sheridan, a spokesman for the National Park Service, says that NPS will begin using eminent domain to seize the last 500 acres of land for a 2,200 acre memorial to flight 93, which crashed 60 miles southeast of Pittsburgh, pennsylvania, on 9-1-1 (9/11/2001).
