Hillary Rodham Clinton, Esq., de facto secretary of state, in an interview with Akbar Ayazi, Director of Radio Free Afghanistan, says,

       We don’t wish to occupy Afghanistan; we do not wish to have permanent bases in Afghanistan; we do not wish to dictate to the Afghan people how they should determine their own future.

       We are adding some of the troops that are coming strictly for the purpose of providing security for this election, so the people of Afghanistan get to have a free, fair, and legitimate election.

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Clinton was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
