While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the Department of Homeland Security, on its web site, mistakenly posts a satellite photograph of the “Swift Luck Greens” maximum security prison, in central wyoming.  The Federal Emergency Management Agency facility had been constructed under a 385,000,000 “dollar” contract with military contractor Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown & Root, ostensibly for handling an “emergency influx of immigrants.”  Once the error is discovered, DHS removes the photograph within an hour.  When KBR was awarded the contract three years previous, it was claimed to be a “contingency contract” and would be built only if actually necessary.
