While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Republican (fascist/socialist) CONgressman Peter A. Sessions, of the republic of texas, Chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee, when asked on the National Broadcasting Company’s news-interview program Meet The Press, what Republicans would do to reduce the annual Federal budget deficit stammers out only clichés,
We need to live within our means … We need to make sure we read the bills … We are going to balance the budget, we should live within our means and we should read the bills and work with the American people … We need to make sure that as we look at all that we are spending in Washington D.C. … We have to empower the free enterprise system.
Also on the same interview Republican de facto senator John Cornyn, III , Esq., of texas, was either unable or unwilling to offer an answer to the questions,
- What does distinguish the Republican Party of today from the Republican Party under President Bush’s rule with regards to spending, which is where it got out of control—under Republican rule?
- Where did some of that debt come from?
- The President of the United states was George Bush when they passed a huge TARP [Troubled Asset Relief Program], which was to bail out the banks. I mean that’s what ran up a lot of debt as well. Are you saying a Republican was somehow different?
- So my question is still: What is the distinction of the Republican Party of today versus the Bush record that you’re defending?
NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Cornyn is ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].

The Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces (private mercenaries) hands down Diaz v. United states: upholding as lawful the punishment imposed upon Lieutenant Commander Matthew M. Diaz (patriot whistleblower), of the Judge advocate corps, for disclosing the identities of prisoners at Guantanamo Bay (Cuba) Naval Base, and how their due process rights were being abused, to the Center for Constitutional Rights.
