While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” John G. Roberts, Jr., chief justice of the United states, releases his annual year-end report on the Federal judiciary.  In part Roberts bemoans the reality the salaries of Federal judges are not keeping pace with inflation (depreciation of the Federal Reserve Note): “I must renew the judiciary’s modest petition: “Simply provide cost-of-living increases that have been unfairly denied.”

NOTE: If Roberts wanted to do something about the ravages of inflation on his—and everyone else’s wages and salaries—he might have persuaded his fellow justices to hear a case challenging the constitutionality of the Federal Reserve System of (central) Banks, and declare it to be unlawful, thus restoring an inflation-proof, commodity based currency.

Retired U.s. Air Force Colonel Gregory S. Hollister files suit, in the Federal court for the District of Columbia, against Democratic (socialist/fascist) President-elect Obama (either a natural born subject of the United Kingdom enclave of Kenya, or a natural born resident of the republic of Hawaii).  Hollister is seeking to force Obama to submit his birth certificate for public scrutiny to prove that he is eligible to be President of the United States.  Hollister claims that if he is recalled to active duty, he wants assurance that his is taking orders from the lawful Commander-in-Chief.

Question: Where was Hollister’s concern for the Constitution of the united States when he was fighting foreign wars in violation of Article IV, Section 4?
