While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” judge Lawrence K. Karlton, of the eastern district of california, says the republic of california will have to release thousands of prisoners early or build more prisons to ensure that all inmates receive proper medical care.

       Question: Did Karlton consider releasing all who were jailed for non-violent, victimless crimes, and repealing those statutes that have swelled the state’s prisons?
