While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Michael Galluccio, a massachusetts statute enforcement officer, issues a citation to John Davis for traveling in the breakdown lane on state Route 2. Davis was attempting to rush his pregnant wife to the hospital, whose labor contractions were three minutes apart.
