While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto governor Timothy J. Pawlenty, Esq., of minnesota, berates his state’s supreme court for a ruling that he feels will result in the popular election (within the provisions of the fraudulent 17th amendment) of Democratic (socialist/fascist) challenger Alan S. “Al” Franken over Republican incumbent de facto senator Norman B. Coleman, Jr., Esq.

       NOTES:

  • As attorneys (Officers of the Court) both Coleman and Pawlenty were ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
  • Rather than complain about the court’s decision — as if he had no power — Pawlenty could exercise his lawful authority under Article I, Section 3 [Clause 2] by appointing a lawfully qualified Senator in absence of the legislature’s willingness to act.
