While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Obama (either a natural born subject of the United Kingdom enclave of Kenya, or a natural born resident of the republic of Hawaii) reneges on a campign promise by reversing his pledge to release photographs of torture of detainees at the hands of the U.s. Armed Forces.

       Robert S. Mueller III, Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation tells the house judiciary committee that he fears that if the prison at the Guantánamo Bay, Cuna Naval Base  is is shut down and its detainees transferred to the U.s., domestic terrorism could increase crime.

       Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto senator Lindsey Graham, Esq., of the independent republic of south carolina, at a senate judiciary subcommittee hearing investigating torture of “enemy combatants” by U.S. agents, defends such tactics, saying “One of the reasons these techniques have been used for about 500 years is that they work.”

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Graham was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].

       R. Gil Kerlikowske, Director of National Drug Control Policy, disingenuously denies that the “War on Drugs” is a war on people: “Regardless of how you try to explain to people it’s a ‘war on drugs’ or a ‘war on a product,’ people see a war as a war on them.  We’re not at war with people in this country.”

       NOTE: Although Kerlikowske uses the word “country” here, the editors believe that he meant to use the word “nation,” in which a central government, with almost limitless power, treats its constituent states as mere enclaves, provinces, or sub-divisions of its greater self; as opposed to “Union,” which is a union of sovereign States under a federal system, with a central government whose powers are strictly limited by a respected Constitution.
