While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Vietnam, “united in … determination to take all necessary measures in support of freedom,” Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President Nixon, Esq., declares “War on Drugs.”

Postscript: In the three and a half decades since the beginning of the “War on Drugs (Constitution)” the number of people in U.s. subject/enemy/citizens being incarcerated has risen eight-fold, from 196,000 to more than 1,500,000—with another 750,000 in municipal jails.  This has given the “freest” nation in the world the highest incarceration rate, at a tremendous public cost, with little reduction in crime.

       NOTES:

  • Nixon’s first “drug war” budget was 100,000,000 “dollars.”  Forty years later that budget had swelled to over 15,100,000,000 “dollars.”  When considering for inflation (depreciation of the Federal Reserve Note) that was a 31-fold increase.
  • As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Nixon was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
