While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Republican (fascist/socialist) President George W. Bush signs the Drug Trafficking Vessel Interdiction Act, claiming extraterritorial jurisdiction over international waters.

       The Board of Directors of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation approves final rules for the Temporary Liquidity Guarantee Program to insure loans between commercial banks,  encourage the creation of even more unsecured consumer credit debt (i.e. credit cards), and insure non-interest bearing transaction deposit (checking) accounts beyond the current 250,000 “dollars” per account.
