The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Coppage v. kansas: Via the fraudulent 14th amendment, states may not prohibit contracts between businesses and workers that forbid membership in a labor union.
NOTE: In rendering this decision, the court totally ignored the constitution of kansas, bill of rights, section 20.
