The Federal Reserve Board of Governors (a Federal agency that regulates the privately owned Federal Reserve System of (central) Banks) lends its assent to the last two investment banks in the nation, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs, to become commercial banks.

Millis: judge Bernie Velasco fines Daniel Millis 175 “dollars” for dropping lifesaving water jugs along a trail needed by free-market workers.

       The Davis County, utah Special Weapons And Tactics team (of paramilitarized statute enforcement officers) kills Brian Wood.  Wood had falsely reported to 9-1-1 that he had beaten and raped his wife.

       NOTE: Wood’s father-in-law Sherriff William “Dub” Lawrence had helped to organize that SWAT team as one of the first in the state three decades previous.
