While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the Federal district court for the Federal enclave of Nevada hands down United states v. Kahre (II): visiting judge David A. Ezra, of the republic Hawaii sentences Robert D. Kahre 15 years and 10 months in prison, to pay over 16,000,000 “dollars” in restitution to the Internal Revenue Service, for paying his workers in gold and silver Coin (lawful Money) as opposed to Federal Reserve Notes (legal tender). 

       NOTE: This is Double Jeopardy, which is prohibited by Article V of Amendment; Kahre had already been found not guilty two years previously for the same act.
