While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Ozark, missouri statute enforcement officers (acting under-color-of-law) apply an electric stun gun 19 times to 16-year-old Mace Hutchinson, underneath the U.s. Route 65/state Highway F overpass.  Hutchinson had no recreational drugs (legal or otherwise) in his systems, and was to undergo corrective surgery for a broken back in two days.
