While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the supreme court, of the corporate United states—without declaring any declaring any previous decisions to be unlawful—hands down District of Columbia v. Heller: it is Article II of Amendment, NOT Article IX of Amendment, that describes one’s unalienable right to protect life, liberty and property. The Right to Bear Arms is unconnected to membership in the State Militia:
Nothing in our opinion should be taken to cast doubt on longstanding prohibitions on the possession of firearms by felons and the mentally ill, or laws forbidding the carrying of firearms in sensitive places such as schools and government buildings, or laws imposing conditions on the commercial sale of arms.

Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto senator Charles Schumer, Esq., of new york, releases letters he has written to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Office of Thrift Supervision that IndyMac (commercial) Bank “might have a serious problem with its loan holdings,” which triggers a run on the bank.
Postscript: Each day after this announcement, depositors withdrew an average of 100,000,000 “dollars” a day, until IndyMac was declared insolvent two weeks later.
