Democratic (socialist/fascist) governor Brian D. Schweitzer, of montana, writes to the governors of 17 other states inviting them to join him in solidarity against the Department of Homeland Security imposing the REAL ID Act upon their state’s drivers licenses:

       Today, I am asking you to join with me in resisting the DHS coercion to comply with the provisions of REAL ID.

· · · · · · ·

       If we stand together either DHS will blink or Congress will have to act to avoid havoc at our nation’s airports and federal courthouses.

       NOTE: It is most unfortunate that the nation’s governors do not understand their full authority to declare their two United states senators to be occupying their offices unlawfully, and appoint replacements—as per Article I, Section 3 [Clause 2] who will exercise their power to repeal REAL ID.

       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President George W. Bush (having received an unlawful advantage of 43 ineligible Electoral votes) signs the Defense Authorization Act of 2008.

       NOTE: Afterward Bush issued a signing statement reserving the right not to comply with several sections of the new statute, which include:

  • Establishing a committee to investigate contractor fraud in the Iraqi- and Afghan-American Wars;
  • Enforce additional protections for who work for government contractors — these protections do not extend to Federal employees (French for “government workers)”;
  • Prompt response from Federal intelligence agencies to CONgressional inquiries;
  • Prohibits the president from Funding permanent bases in Iraq, or controlling its petroleum revenues.

       Democratic (socialist/fascist) governor Janet Napolitano, of the Federal enclave of Arizona, announces that the installation of speed cameras across the state will reduce the state’s budget deficit by 10%—without “raising” taxes—and generate 45,000,000 “dollars” in profits for the Redflex corporation.
