       Ozark, alabama statute enforcement officer shoot (with an electric stun gun) James Bludsworth, a man with no criminal record, who is having a diabetic seizure.  The SEOs arrest the completely sober Bludsworth, charging him with resisting arrest and “driving” (a legal term for “traveling” while transporting goods, services or persons in commerce) under the influence.
