While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the ninth circuit court of appeals refuses to hear Foti v. McHugh, explaining in a three-page opinion that U.s. subject/enemy/citizens DO and do NOT have a right to enter a Federal courthouse anonymously (without government issued identification).
NOTE: The court ordered that its opinion not be published, so it could not be used as a precedent.
