       The Enforcement Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission hands down In re Winton: Associate Chief George R. Dillon orders Donald Winton, of Corpus Christi, texas to pay a fine of 7,000 “dollars” for refusal to make his Citizen’s Band radio station available for an on-demand inspection by FCC agents.

       Postscript: When Dillon appealed the decision he was fined an additional 225 “dollars.”
