Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto governor Charles J. Crist, Jr., Esq., of the confederate state of florida, signs House Bill 537, directing that the state’s paperless, electronic, touch-screen voting machines be replaced with paper ballots and optical scanners. This act reduces—but does not eliminate the possibility of electoral fraud, by requiring that a paper trail be generated and maintained. Upon signing the bill into law Crist says, “There is no greater testament to our nation’s democracy than the people’s ability to choose their leaders.”
NOTES:
- The surest way to reduce the possibility of electoral fraud is through the elimination of government controlled, secret (Australian) ballots, and their replacement with candidate generated, public (American) ballots. American ballots allow for a public record of how each and every elector voted leaving no doubt as to a legitimate vote count; Australian ballots do no such thing.
- As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Crist was ineligible to was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
