While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the legislature of connecticut, passes House Bill-6673, compensating James C. Tillman 5,000,000 “dollars” after serving 18 years of a 45-year sentence for a rape that he did not commit.  Tillman was vindicated after a DNA test proved that he could not have committed the crime.

NOTE: This award came not out of the property of the prosecutors and statute enforcement officers responsible for this injustice, but out of the lawful taxes paid by state residents, who did not do this.
