United States Army Lieutenant Colonel Paul Yingling (private mercenary), Deputy Commander of the Third Armored Cavalry Regiment publishes “General Failure,” in the Armed Forces Journal, criticizing “America’s generals [as] hav[ing] repeated the mistakes of Vietnam in Iraq.”  Yingling summarizes the article with, “As matters stand now, a private who loses a rifle suffers far greater consequences than a general who loses a war.”

NOTE: After four years of war, this is the first criticism of military leadership that a career minded officer has had the courage to put his name to.

Question: Can it be presumed that Yingling decided to retire from a career of NOT having the defended the Constitution for the united States from its usurpers?
