The Iraqi Civil War continues: A Sunni (legacy of Mohammed) Moslem truck bomb explodes, in the Shi’ite (partisans of Ali) Moslem section of Tal Afar killing 152 Iraqi citizens. This is the deadliest terrorist attack in the four years since the invasion by the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries).
NOTES:
- Just a year previous Republican (fascist/socialist) President George W. Bush praised “Tal Afar as a beacon of hope for Iraq.”
- Meanwhile only five members of the U.s. Armed Forces (private mercenaries) lost their lives.
