While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Drug Enforcement agents (acting under-color-of-law) arrest William Fousse of Ontario, new york purchasing 406 Bronkaid caplets, which contain of over 29 grams of pseudoephedrine (a key ingredient in methamphetamine).  under the Combat Methamphetamine Epidemic Act, U.s. subject/enemy/citizens are only allowed to purchase nine grams of pseudoephedrine every 30 days.  Fosuse, who ingests Bronkaid to help with his hangovers, is the first person arrested for violating the CMEA.

       Postscript: Although the DEA was never able to prove Fousse was involved in the manufacture of methamphetamine, he plead guilty to a misdemeanor and was sentenced to probation for one year.
